Fingers pointing at the Kukis alone is nothing but demonizing and his sinister agenda against the community. It doesn't hold his point valid though as Kukis alone weren't refugees then from Burma seeking refuge in the state.
His explicit interest in spitting venom against the entire Kukis just because of 1500 refugees from Burma in the 1960s is to fuel yet another division, hatred, killing, burning, gang raping, looting, etc between the warring groups to divert the attention from his infamous confession leaked audio "ManipurTapes".
