On 26 March 2025, the Zo Reunification Organisation Northern Zone (ZoRO NZ) elected its office bearers for the 2025–2028 term. The elected members are Dr. Chinkholal Thangsing as President, S. Thangchinlal (Administration) and George Guite (External Affairs) as Vice Presidents, Mang David as Finance Secretary, and L. Haopu Chongloi as Treasurer. The Executive Committee members are Goulal Tungnung, K. William, and T. Dongchinmang.
Since its establishment in 1988, ZoRO has been working towards the unification of the Zo people, who have been divided across India, Bangladesh, and Myanmar. The Zo people inhabit a vast region, which calls for integration.
