📌 Key Directives and Decisions:

✅1. Free Movement of People:

Security forces must ensure free movement on all roads in Manipur from 8 March 2025.

Strict action to be taken against anyone attempting to create obstructions.

✅ 2. Border Fencing:

Fencing work on both sides of designated entry points along Manipur's international border to be completed at the earliest.

✅ 3. Drug Trade Crackdown:

Entire drug trade network in Manipur to be dismantled.

✅ 4. Extortion Cases:

Strict action to be taken against all cases of extortion.

✅ 5. Post-6 March deadline:

Security forces to intensify operations to recover arms.

Arrests to be made of defaulters and violence instigators.
