Manipur Police arrested 01 (one) active cadre of RPF/PLA, namely, Shamurailatpam Bipin Sharma @ Nanda (56) from Khongman Mangjil, Zone-I, Imphal East. The arrestee was involved in extortion of money from general public, govt. officials, Schools and Colleges etc. One mobile phone was seized from his possession.
