LAMKA is experiencing a rising number of ROAD
ACCIDENTS, resulting in NUMEROUS FATALITIES (deaths) and INJURIES. According to
local sources, reckless and drink-driving are the primary causes. Many vehicles
on the road show little regard for pedestrians or the safety of the general
public.

It is crucial for every driver -- whether operating a two-wheeler, four-wheeler, or heavy vehicle -- to be mindful of their own safety as well as the lives of others. Responsible driving can prevent tragedies, and every journey should prioritise caution and care. Life is precious -- let us all drive with responsibility and respect for one another.
Due to the ongoing violence, travel to Imphal has become unsafe, forcing many to take alternative routes. This makes the role of drivers even more critical. The responsibility they bear is both significant and serious.
