A prominent media personality, Mr. L. Chinkhanlain (64), son of Upa L. Chinzathang, of PKT Street, Central Lamka, passed away this morning at around 6 a.m. at Lamka Hospital.
Mr. L. Chinkhanlain, the respected editor of the Lamka-based Manipur Express, passed away early this morning following a prolonged battle with diabetes. His dedication to journalism and his impactful work in the community have left an indelible mark.
