Why didn't you set up an adequate number of police stations and outposts in the scheduled Hill Areas of Sadar Hills Autonomous District/Kangpokpi, instead of extending imphal east District police jurisdiction, Thoubal District police jurisdiction, Imphal West District police jurisdiction in the constituent villages of Sadar Hills Autonomous District/Kangpokpi?

What sorts of action has been taken by the Police Department against those tribal Kuki villages of Sadar Hills Autonomous District/Kangpokpi where imphal east District police jurisdiction, Thoubal District police jurisdiction, Imphal west district police jurisdiction has been extended on the basis of action time taken but facing heavy attacked, killing of innocent Tribal Kukis by Arambai Tenggol, VBIGs assisted by Police Commando and Meira Paibis since 3rd of May, 2023?

Arambai Tenggol, VBIGs, Meitei police and police Commando assisted by Meira Paibis and meitei CSOs and burnt down more than 100s of Tribal Kuki villages of Sadar Hills Autonomous District/ Kangpokpi which was placed under the Imphal east District police jurisdiction, Thoubal District police jurisdiction and imphal West District police jurisdiction on the basis of action time taken?

Why didn't Nongpok Sekmai police and police commando under Thoubal District police Jurisdiction remain silent spectators while two tribal Kuki women, a native of B.Phainom villages, Sadar Hills Autonomous District/ Kangpokpi were paraded naked and gangraped while one of the victim brothers and uncle was killed and burnt their death bodies before the police by those meitei mobs and what sorts of action has been taken?

Why didn't you arrange for the construction of Pre-fabricated CAPF Camp in the vulnerable areas of Sadar Hills Autonomous District/ Kangpokpi instead of configuring Pre-fabricated CAPF Camp under Manipur Police Housing Corporation by extending Imphal East District, Thoubal District and imphal West district police jurisdiction in the Constituent villages of Sadar Hills Autonomous District/ Kangpokpi on the basis of Action time taken?

What sorts of action has been taken by police department when Meitei youths from torbung and neighbouring villages waylaid those Tribal Kukis travelling to Kangvai village from Churachandpur town under Churachandpur Autonomous District with machetes, sticks, stones catapult and pistol on 3rd of May, 2023?

What sorts of action has been taken by the police department when meitei mobs led by Arambai tenggol and police Commando attacked Tribal Kuki villages in Kangvai villages and killed Pastor Sehkhohao kipgen under Churachandpur Autonomous District which were placed under Bishnupur District Police Jurisdiction on the basis of action time taken on 3rd of May, 2023? 

12. What sorts of action has been taken by the Police department when Arambai Tenggol assisted by meira Paibis attacked, vandalized, looted properties and burnt down the houses and churches of Tribal Kukis inhabitants of Langol and national Games villages on the evening of 3rd may, 2023 ?

13. What sorts of action has been taken when National games villages and Langol have been attacked by Arambai Tenggol assisted by meira Paibis and killed two tribal Kukis namely siamboi Gangte and james Haokip on the evening of 3rd may, 2023?

What sorts of action was taken by police Department when Haokip veng, a tribal Kukis colony near the palace compound of Shri Leishemba Sanajaoba, MP Rajya Sabha and adjacent to Chief Minister Biren Singh, Official residence was vandalized, looted household properties and burnt down by Arambai Tenggol assisted by Imphal east Police and police commando during the month of May, 2023?

What sorts of action was taken by Police Department when Khongsai Veng, a tribal kuki colony in imphal east District was subsequently attacked by Arambai Tenggol armed with looted sophisticated weapons from MPTC, Pangei and why did police commando remain a mute spectator near the entrance gate of khongsai veng when the attacked was carry out by those perpetrators during the month of May, 2023? What are the actions taken over the death victims in Khongsai veng? 

16. What sorts of action has been taken when Vaiphei Veng, a tribal kuki colony in Imphal east District has been subsequently attacked, looted and burnt down houses by Arambai Tenggol and meira Paibis during the month of May, 2023? 

17. What sorts of action has been taken when Paite veng, a tribal kuki colony in Kwakeithel, imphal West district has been attacked, looted houses properties and destroyed their houses by Arambai Tenggol during the month of May, 2023?

What are the actions taken over the raped and death victims at Nongmeibung namely : Florence Nengpichong Hangshing and Olivia Lhingneithem Chongloi, staying in a rented house at Nongmeibung handover by meira Paibis of Nongmeibung to Gangster suspected to be residence of Nongmeibung to raped and killed on 3rd May, 2023?

21. What are the actions taken over the tribal kuki victims waylaid, abducted and killed, physically assaulted,  slaughtered like animals, cut into pieces and burnt into ashes in the imphal state capital during the month of May, 2023? 

22. What are the actions taken over those culprits involved in attacking and looting the State Armoury?

Don't you feel the need to re-organise the police boundary based on the constituent villages of the Hill Areas Autonomous District after so many atrocities against the native tribal Kukis villages under Hill Areas Autonomous Districts are inflicted by the majority meiteis in collusion with the Meitei police, VBIGs, assisted by Meira paibis and meitei CSOs under the Imphal east district police jurisdiction, Thoubal district police jurisdiction, Imphal west district police jurisdiction, Bishnupur District police Jurisdiction, Kakching District police jurisdiction? If no, why?
