Notice is hereby served to all the intending clubs/associations/organisations to participate at the 15th Seikam Memorial Open Football Tournament-2022 at Kholmun playground, CCpur to be commenced from 30th September, 2022.
1. For forms, Please contact +91 9612965399 / +91 8837275760.
2. Entry fees : Rs. 5000 + 1000 security
3. Prizes :
i) Champions : Rs. 1,00,000/- + Trophy + Certificate
ii) Runners-up: Rs. 70,000/- + Trophy+ Certificate
iii) Best Player : Rs. 3,000/- + Certificate
iv) Top Scorer : Rs. 3,000/- + Certificate.
v). Best Goalkeeper : Rs. 3,000 + Certificate.
vi). Best Coach : Rs. 3,000.
4. Last date of admission : 24th September, 2022
5. Players' form can be summited on their first match with complete passport etc.
