KANGGUI, JUNE 23 -- Kuki Inpi Kangpokpi district with KSO and TSA Sadar Hills meets DC Thoubal regarding eviction notice served to Phowaibi.
On being called upon by DC Thoubal regarding the eviction notice served to villagers of Phowaibi village of Sadar Hills Kangpokpi district, representatives of Kuki Inpi Kangpokpi district, KSO Sadar Hills and TSA Sadar Hills had a fruitful deliberation with Mr. Subhash Singh, DC Thoubal wherein it was decided to put the eviction process on hold until further communication.
This was made possible due to the timely intervention of Pi Kimneo Haokip Hangshing, Hon'ble MLA 46-Saikul a/c, Pu Haokholal Hangshing the care-taker Chairman of SHADC and the Kuki Inpi Kangpokpi district is grateful to them for the same. Mr. Thangminlen Kipgen, VP of Kuki Inpi Kangpokpi district also would like to thank the local CSOs and general public of Phowaibi area for their immense support.
