LAMKA, NOV 05, 2020 -- For the first time in the history of the Thangkhals in Manipur, a young Khalvontawi girl named Naomi Niangbiakkim secured the 7th Rank in Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) Honours Examination 2020 under Manipur University.
The result was declared on November 4.
No of Candidates Appeared:
Male = 2131, Female = 1324, Total = 3455.
No of Candidates Passed:
Male = 1454, Female: 1042, Total = 2495.
The top 3 rankers are Cindy Kimnunhoih (Rayburn College), James Lhungoulen (Donbosco College), and Baba Sernand (Donbosco College).
Miss Naomi is a student of Churachandpur College.
Naomi, a brilliant, cute and Godfearing girl, is the Assistant Secretary of Thangkhal Baptist Church Youth Department (TBCYD), and Finance cum Treasurer of Thangkhal Sinlai Pawlpi (TSP), Manipur.
She is the second amongst the 4 siblings, a brother and two sisters.
Her dad, Rev. T. Chinminlian, is the present Executive Director of Thangkhal Baptist Church (TBC-ABA), Manipur.
Her dad is also one of the ex-presidents of Thangkhal Sinlai Pawlpi (students union).
