NEW DELHI, AUG 01 — A 25-year-old Assamese woman have been alleged sexually molested by her manager in Gurgaon, Haryana State.
According to the victim (name withheld) she has worked more than two years in a Gurgaon-based technology corporate. The manager racially abused her by calling 'Chinky' and sexually molested her. She was harassed and threatened not to continue her job from August 1st.
The victim said that her manager has shown his private parts and demanded sexual pleasures. She made complaint to her superior, but instead of helping her, she was instigated forcibly to withdraw the complaint.
The management head threatened her that if she didn’t withdraw her complaint she will be fired from her post and her two years’ experience letter will be not issued to her.
The victim said her manager warned her to behave according to his demands if she wants to grow in the organization. “I need to do what he ordered me. He even asked me to get my sister or friends who are good looking females to make them meet him so that he can meet his undue sexual demands. He used to forcibly touch me and threaten me,” said the victim.
Gurgaon Police registered the case late Friday night. However no arrest has been made. Police is investigating on.
