LAMKA, JULY 31, 2015: For the second time Mr Langkhanpau Guite has been elected as Chairman of Autonomous District Council (ADC) Churachandpur, Manipur on Friday (July 31).
Mr Guite secured 17 votes out of 23 MDC present and voting while his contender Mr Khaipao Haokip secured 5 votes and 1 vote went invalid.
Mr Lalhmangpui Fimate, MDC and former Executive member of ADC/CCPur presided over the auspicious Chairman-Election Meeting in ADC Conference Hall, Tuibuang.
