The second edition of the North East Festival, themed "Connecting People, Celebrating Life," took place at the Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts (IGNCA), Janpath, New Delhi, from November 7th to 10th, 2014.
This vibrant festival aimed to showcase the rich diversity of India’s North East while promoting awareness, investment, and tourism in the region. Attendees enjoyed a carnival atmosphere filled with music, traditional dances, ethnic cuisine, fashion shows, and exhibitions featuring photography, painting, film, handloom, handicrafts, and agriculture.
