A 21-year-old woman
from Manipur, Reingamphy Awungshi, was discovered dead under mysterious
circumstances in her rented room in Chirag Dilli, South Delhi, on May 29, 2013.
Shockingly, Delhi Police claimed she died of rats’ bites.
